Senior Adult Ministry

Senior adults are a vital part of First Baptist Church of Clifton. We have a number of Sunday School classes specifically designed for senior adults. We have women’s classes, a men’s class and a couple of coed classes.

Senior adults enjoy a gathering on the third Thursday of each month at 11:00 a.m. for a time of fellowship, table games, and a meal in the small fellowship hall. Senior adults are heavily involved in ministry in the community serving in the Food Pantry and helping with the Meals on Wheels program. Our senior citizens are also involved in homebound and hospital visitation and help with transportation needs when asked. A number of senior citizens, along with other church members, help with mission work through home renovations, building projects on the mission field and with various other ministry endeavors locally and around the world.

If you are looking for a place to connect and make new friends who know what it is to be young at heart, then First Baptist Church of Clifton is for you. Contact the church office for more information at 254-675-8824 or email fbcclifton@fbcclifton.com.
